Requesting a return

Request your return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back so your parcel reaches the correct return location.

Orders delivered within the continental United States

For authorized returns from the 48 continental US states, we provide a free UPS prepaid return label by email. Print the label, attach it to the parcel and follow the return instructions. You have 30 days from receiving the label to send the item back for a full refund.

Australia and other destinations

The free UPS return-label offer applies only to the 48 continental US states. For orders delivered elsewhere, contact us before posting a return. We will explain the available return method, return address and any applicable costs for your order before you send it.

Refunds

Once we receive your authorized return, we process the refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the funds in your account. Contact us if you need an update.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, email irfaniqbal@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Include photographs if available so we can understand the issue and help with the next steps.

Contact us with your order number and the size you need. We will explain the available options based on stock and the status of your order.
