At Trenzora, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer free returns on all authorized orders within the continental U.S.

If you’re not completely satisfied, simply request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we’ll email you a FREE UPS prepaid return label — just print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off.

You’ll have 30 days from receiving the return label to send the item back for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we’ll promptly process your refund to the original payment method.
