Delivery options depend on the items in your basket and your delivery address. Please review the available shipping services and final charge at checkout before paying.

Where we deliver

Availability varies by product and destination. Enter your full address at checkout to check whether your chosen items can be delivered to you. A country appearing in the currency selector does not guarantee that every product can be shipped there. If no shipping option appears, contact us before placing an order.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Some orders qualify for free shipping; other orders have a shipping charge. Eligibility depends on the items, fulfilment location, destination and available service. Your final shipping charge is shown at checkout. Please check the currency displayed alongside your order total.

Processing and delivery times

Processing is the time needed to prepare your order before the carrier receives it. Transit is the time your parcel spends with the carrier. Delivery estimates depend on the product, fulfilment location and destination; use any estimate shown on the product page or at checkout. If no estimate is displayed, email irfaniqbal@gmail.com with the product link and destination for help before ordering.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. International deliveries may also be affected by customs processing.

Tracking your parcel

We email tracking information when your order ships. Check the email address used at checkout, including its spam folder. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier scan. If your order has more than one shipment, check each tracking link separately.

Need help with delivery?

If tracking stops updating, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or you notice an address error, email irfaniqbal@gmail.com with your order number. Please contact us promptly about address changes; a change cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
